• Full or partial advance payments may be required before starting a project.
• Hexleon Digital does not store card or banking details; all payment data is handled securely by PayHere.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
• By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for the project
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or assets
• Ensure that the provided content does not violate intellectual property or legal rights of third parties

Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

• All original designs, code, and materials created by Hexleon Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Hexleon Digital reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
