1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services offered by Hexleon Digital, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Web maintenance and support services
  • Digital marketing services
  • Branding, UI/UX, and related digital solutions

2. Order Confirmation & Payments

  • All payments made on this website are processed securely via PayHere (www.payhere.lk).
  • Once a payment is completed, an order or service request is considered confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Project Commencement

If the client requests cancellation before work has started, a full refund may be issued after deducting any applicable transaction or administrative fees.

b. After Project Commencement

If the project has already started, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work completed. A partial refund may be provided at Hexleon Digital’s discretion, proportional to the remaining work.

c. Non-Cancelable Services

Completed services, delivered digital assets, or services close to completion are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via PayHere.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on PayHere and the customer’s bank.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has significantly progressed
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals
  • Services already delivered or approved by the client
  • Promotional or discounted service packages (unless stated otherwise)

6. Project Delays & Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions will be provided in accordance with the agreed-upon service scope.
  • Project timelines may change if client feedback or materials are delayed; such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Payment Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact Hexleon Digital directly before raising disputes with PayHere or their bank.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.

8. Policy Changes

Hexleon Digital reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
